Everything was peaceful. Fallyn was in their favorite spot behind the school, under a tree with their notebook. Zak couldn't hang out today, unfortunately. Not that Fallyn couldn't handle themself but they had gotten so used to his presence. When they were without it seemed almost unnatural.
They had their headphones on, playing their montage of music while they wrote happily in their notebook. Most of the poems were honestly complete garbage but it was an outlet in at least some creative form. Granted, Fallyn was secretly working on a novel but they wouldn't tell anyone. It was such a delicate process and figuring out the main protagonist was a chore already.
Movement caught their attention as a group of uniformed teens flooded by. The soccer team. Clearly on the way to the showers after practice. Which would make it roughty 5:30. They would have to be home soon. Fallyn began to pack up their things but stopped, seeing that all too familiar figure and face coming closer.
The goalie was perhaps Fallyn's worst enemy. The ultimate bully of Salem High. But he never got in trouble, which was frustrating. Fallyn picked up their things, ready to leave before a confrontation would happen and they would have[/e] to participate in it. Fallyn did not like backing down from fights if they could help it.
