Zak stood in line, with Fallyn by his side. The two of them were going to get a snack before they headed back to their house, and Zak had suggested Froyo. He asked for the raspberry flavor and once Fallyn placed their order, the two of them asked for whatever toppings they wanted and were given their ice cream. Zak paid no mind to the stares he got from the fellow customers. He wore all black, with a leather jacket, fingerless gloves, and eyeliner that gave his eyes a raccoon like look. Zak didn’t mind and sat down to eat his Froyo with Fallyn. It took only a few minutes and they talked about music for a while. Honestly though Zak loved to get a snack he felt out of place here – so many happy, preppy people were there on this particular Saturday afternoon. It was annoying and quite a few people were whispering, likely judging the two of them. Zak wasn’t a stranger to the rumors that circulated about him and Fallyn, and as long as they didn’t hurt them, he honestly could care less.
Let people think what they wanted. It wasn’t as though it was a bad thing to be paired with Fallyn. Zak just didn’t see them that way and knew they’d never see him that way, but knew they would be a great life partner. Why should he be offended by that?
Zak finished his Froyo and ones Fallyn finished theirs, he led the way out of the shop. The sun was almost blinding and Zak brought his hand to his eyes, shielding them with a small hiss.
”Fuck that.” He grumbled, looking towards Fallyn. ”Did the sun get brighter while we were in there?”-x-
Daemon and Boaz had gone to see a film that had let out recently. Daemon, of course, had wanted to go to the clothing store to browse around and find something cute. He failed, and rolled his eyes at the selection. Once he deemed shopping a flop Daemon left the store but, coincidentally, at the same time Zak and Fallyn were emerging from the Froyo store. He nudged Boaz and smirked, pointing towards them – mainly towards Fallyn.
”She’s too cute for him, don’t’cha think?” He said. Zak and Fallyn didn’t seem to notice them – for now. ”Wanna make a bet we can go break ‘em up?”
