Susan rose her eyebrows. She didn’t believe him! Though she had every reason to. No doubt being double teamed by her and his sister was a problem! ”But this is a good thing! A treat! I’m treating the both of you! You should be more appreciative,” Susan chided, though when Wendy said they needed to plan more kidnappings she winked back. ”We’ll just have to do it until he learns his lesson!” she said.

Susan pouted. ”Nonsense! If you need to you can stay with me! Oh, Arthur has his own suite at the college, so I can kick him to the couch when he comes over and give you his old room! I can move Adelaide’s bed to my room too!” She was already planning this whole scenario in her mind! But she couldn’t imagine Miles kicking his sister to the streets! Susan smiled at the sibling display before her as Wendy exclaimed something about walking around naked. It sent Susan into a fit of hysterics, and the concerned waitress who delivered their food blinked. She definitely heard! That made Susan laugh louder as she apologized and placed the food in its appropriate places.

Once the food was before them Susan hummed and licked her lips. ”Now! There’s nothing wrong with walking naked around your own apartment! Not that I ever do, unless you count walking around in nothing but a bathrobe after a shower!”

Susan shook her head at Miles’ question. Absolutely no way were they going to forget about this happening! It was too perfect! When Wendy said that she would take Susan up on her offer sometime she grinned and winked.

”Of course! We should have a sleepover, no boys allowed!” Susan said. That would be oodles of fun! Now, all she’d have to do would make sure Adelaide was over at the Halls and Arthur was away! Oh, she had an idea! She could send Miles and Arthur on an adventure so she could bond with Wendy! Though she, unfortunately, felt like that wouldn’t go as well as she hoped it would. She licked her lips when her food arrived and dove right in. ”Ah, Miles must be so sad he’s not invited to the sleepover!”

She snorted when Wendy said Miles was uncomfortable. ”Oh, I know the feeling! Everything flopping everywhere is so freeing, you know! Ah, but I wouldn’t want anyone walking in on me and Arthur has keys to my apartment! Now that would be awful!” she said. When Miles insisted he was embarrassed she tut her lips. ”I bet Miles walks around naked in his apartment and is just sad he won’t be able to anymore because he’ll be living with his sister!”

”Childhood stories?! Oh my! I must hear them all, then!” Susan exclaimed. She wanted to see all the photographs and make fun of Miles for acting childish and babyfaced when he of course was both of those! She grinned and looked at Miles. He looked so uncomfortable, it was hilarious! She nudged his leg with her foot and puffed out her lips. ”I’m certain his face hasn’t changed at all from when he was a baby! Oh, but it would e funny if he had a full lumberjack beard when he was in high school purely to look tougher!” She smirked when Miles insisted he was devastated. He seemed more devastated with the topic of conversation in all honesty!

”I wish I had a private backyard! Someday I’ll buy a house.” She said. ”Maybe when Adelaide is a bit older. Oh! Arizona sounds fascinating!” Susan said but, when Wendy dismissed it, she laughed again. ”Oh that sound so boring! Picking on Miles is oodles more fun! Oh, hotties? If you were a man I’d suggest you meet my friend Jose – he’s very attractive but doesn’t like women! Oh! I believe Jean is single but he’s also not looking! Or that attractive!” she laughed, ”Don’t tell him I said that! He’s just not my type,” she waved her hand dismissively. ”but you should introduce me to some of those hotties – we should start a reverse harem of hot men!”

Susan rose her brows in amusement when Wendy said Miles was a ladies man in high school. ”No way! Miles, a ladies’ man! I would love to see that!” she said. She giggled at the image of little cheerleaders following Miles around, highly amused at his fierce reactions to the commentary too. It was funny!

When Wendy commented on all the good guys being gay and married she snorted. ”That is so true! All the single guys I know are pbbbbbt!” she made a raspberry noise as she stuck her thumb down. After she was done, she grabbed her fork and made more of a dent into her food. She had to laugh when Wendy suggested pursuing Jean! Though Miles had a point, him being too old, it was hilarious to picture her barking up Jean’s tree.

”I think he’s divorced-but-still-talks-to-his-ex level not looking,” She said. When Miles gave his sister the pointed look she smirked to herself. ”Oh Wendy is only joking, surely! She and I will have a lot more important things to look for in the future – like our harem!”

”Oooooh! Yes! I want to see them! Tell them it’s a specific request for me!” Susan insisted. She grinned when Miles suggested this was an excuse to go and visit family. Oh, she wished she had a family to go and visit! But she had her brother and daughter for now, both of whom she thought would get along well with these two siblings! Hopefully anyway! When Miles protested, saying he was a single guy too, she smirked at Wendy’s grin. ”Careful now, Miles! Your sister’s already tried to set us up once, keep making comments like that and I’ll have to take you out on a date!”

When she commented on learning the hard way and being unlucky Susan laughed.

”Oh, I understand that! Here’s to being unlucky in love!” Susan raised her glass up for a toast, finishing up the last of her food shortly after. ”Are you interested in desert today?”[/b
