Wendy's outfit
Wendy was in ambivalent spirits as she walked Metric's campus, taking her time as she entered the Health Wing and figured out where her little brother's official office was at. It wasn't too difficult and an amused smirk stuck upon her lips as she thought about how proud she was of him, how he'd found his calling and kept with it. It was shitty that she hadn't done the same, considering the head start she had on him - but that way why she moved here, to figure out what the hell she wanted out of life. She didn't want another doomed relationship, that was for damn sure.
Once she found the right hall and room number, Wendy stole in to Miles' office swiftly, the only hint of her approach being the light jingle of her metal bracelets as she opened up the door. She'd wanted to surprise him, but to her dismay he was nowhere to be found. "Shit," she exhaled, sizing up the decent area with crossed arms. Maybe he was just out for coffee, or maybe he left early for the day... with her luck it was probably the latter but she decided to linger for a bit before calling him and ruining her own surprise.
To get a feel of how her brother conducted his days, Wendy strolled behind his desk and plopped herself in his chair, slinging her purse upon the surface before her. So this was what being Miles was like. Pretty boring, but she guessed it had its moments - and besides, she knew her brother to be one of the most patient and tolerating people, so there was no doubt in her mind that he made the most of his quiet time. She wouldn't be able to handle it, fuck if she had to.
Wendy sunk in to his chair for a moment and concentrated on how it felt to be him as she turned in the chair absently. She broke from her contemplation and glanced over to the door, "...Any second now munchkin," she muttered, dropping her head back dramatically and resting it upon the back of the seat. She could only take so much of this and though it was her plan to show up completely out of the blue, she wasn't patient enough to wait much longer.
