||Appearance & Personality||
Appearance: Greying hair that was one a light brown, green eyes, pale skin that has aged rather well in his book. He stands at about 5'10" having lost height due to his age, and he weighs about 189 lbs. Sometimes he may have a beard for a play or No-Shave November. However most of the time he keeps his facial hair shaved.
Personality: Craig might appear to be a hard-ass when you first meet him. He expects his students to work hard and do their best which gives him the nickname "The Drill Sargent" among them. The truth is he does not wish to see any of his students fail and does not wish them to waste their talent as he nearly had. He cares very deeply for others but is not afraid to give them the 'kick to the seat of their pants' they sometimes need.

Backstory: Craig grew up in Gloucestershire, England as the only son to Edmund and Olivia Marsh. His father was a proud military man that had served in WWII, even storming the beach of Normandy. Craig was raised in a strict household where he was expected to do his best and one day join the British Armed Forces in order to follow in his father's footsteps.
However, that had not been Craig's dream. Instead he wanted to perform Shakespeare and Voltaire! Theatre was his passion. But in his teenage years that was whipped out of him and he submitted to his father's wishes by enrolling in the corps. For several years he fought through conflicts. He met his wife, Elizabeth during a medical leave and she birthed him a son.
While he was deployed in the eighties, news came to him that Elizabeth had passed due to AIDs--which she had gotten from a blood transfusion ten years prior. Criag retired from the military to raise his son by himself, finally attending university where he pursued his long-time dream of the theatre. After accomplishing his certificates, Craig moved them to the United States where he began to teach Collegiate historical theatre--all the while performing in off-Broadway productions.
Now that his son is married, with a kid, and has moved back to England Craig has sought to teach younger minds as well. He was asked to teach at Metric and he jumped on the opportunity. He has now been working here for a few years now and has enjoyed every minute of it.
