Tempest looked at Athena with doubt. ”Bud lite is much more bitter than this.” She took a swing of the root beer, unaware of what Athena’s problem was. The girl was clearly not a drinker. She was trying to act like one, though. ”If you have never drunken before, there is no need to act.” She said. She gave Athena a deadpan look when she said beer was the staple at her hometown. The girl was young, and if Tempest knew anything about America, it was the drinking laws. The smile did not seem to phase Tempest’s judgement in the slightest. ”Take smaller sips. Ja? You do not need to get betrunken. Es wird nicht gut enden.” She said, missing that she had slipped into German.
She turned towards the boy who spoke, recognizing him as Greg. ”Ja. I met him once.” Frankly, she was surprised he’d spoken to her. She watched him to towards some man – who promptly tackled him down. She blinked. ”I hope they get a room.” She half-grumbled.
When Robin came over, Tempest turned to the girl. She had never met the woman before. ”That makes no sense.” She said, not understanding the phrase ‘knees-up’ at all. ”But yes. Victor has a good location for parties. He has very little else that is good about him, though.”
