Stella hasn’t seen her mother since the court hearing where custody was given to Thaddeus. As far as Stella is concerned, if her mother wants to stay away that is her loss.

Uncle Ted is pretty much her father figure. He always finds a way to make time for Stella and does his best to take care of her.
Reputation|| Stella is known for not being the most wholesome girl in school. She does not deny any rumors circling around her--because most of them are true. She has made out with her fair share of people, has slept with nearly the entire soccer and basketball teams, and has had a few other unsavory things said about her. Last year a rumor circled around that she had been sleeping with one of the teachers but nothing was ever set in stone.

He is perhaps the most consistent hookup she has. Of course she would never consider an actual relationship and neither would he.
Elle Ullman|| fellow cheerleader. Stella likes to think she and Elle get along and would even dare call the girl her friend. They don’t exactly hang out a lot, but she does know that Elle is aware Stella has her back.
Jett Navy|| Elle’s boyfriend. Stella finds the on and off again thing he does to Elle is annoying and has often told him--without shame-- that he needs to man up and commit already if he wants Elle. She also does not understand why he wants to badly to be a good guy when being bad is just so much more interesting!
Lark Aiello|| classmate. Stella actually considers Lark a friend. It isn’t as if being friends with the girl could ruin her reputation. Stella knows that they both are known as the ‘school sluts’ but is well aware that Lark is nothing like that. She also appreciates the fact that Lark has kept her Stella’s possible pregnancy a secret.
Tina Kalivas|| head cheerleader. Stella does her best to stay on Tina’s good side--which usually proves difficult. They often butt heads but in the end they can get over it, being part of the same team.
Trevor Wakefield|| past lay. The chase was great and everything and Trevor did treat her with respect and class--at first. Of course after they had sex he moved on to the next girl he could get tail from. Stella will often say that he was not the best lay she’s had, which is a downright lie.
Victor Bonneau|| King of Salem. Even though she has been called a slut and all that, she has no desire to hook up with Vic. It has nothing to do with his insistent attempts at slut-shaming her, but rather the fact that she doesn’t see having sex with him to be worth it.
Opal was fifteen when she discovered she was pregnant. Her family demanded to know who the father was but with her activities, she was unable to. Furious, her heavily Catholic family disowned Opal. The teenager dropped out of school and tried to raise her daughter the only way she knew how-- by using her body.
A few years later her parents died and Thaddeus reached out to her. However what he found was a drugged out, broke-ass sister who could not properly take care of little Stella. It pained him, but Thaddeus took his sister to court and won custody over his niece. Opal took off after the hearing and was never heard from again.
Thaddeus did his best to raise Stella, and in many ways he was the best parent he could be. But with Stella’s knack for getting into trouble, reigning her in proved difficult. He dragged her to mass every week but Stella refused to participate.
In elementary school ‘Uncle Ted’ signed Stella up for cheerleading in an effort to keep her from getting into too much trouble. Well, it did not work in that sense but Stella certainly seemed to enjoy the activity. She worked hard to get herself into her physical peak.
Right before middle school Stella began to be plagued by terrible nightmares. As a result she was terrified to go to bed and developed insomnia. Seeking for ways to keep herself awake and functional, she found a love in coffee. When coffee was unavailable, she settled for caffeine pills which she took from her Uncle Ted’s medicine cabinet.
It was no surprise her search for exciting things to do, she found her way to the party scene. By the time high school came around she was quite the party girl and was anything but morally good. There has been speculation as to when Stella actually lost her virginity but everyone does know she was quite young.
In the fall she entered her junior year at Salem High. So far she shows no signs of slowing down her appetites and activities. She is present at every party worth going to, and still has the reputation as ‘the school whore’. She seems to wear the badge with pride, not caring at all what others think of her.
However in the past month Stella has had a bit of a scare. She isn’t quite sure if it is set in stone or not, but there is the possibility that she is pregnant. It is the only thing that has ever shaken her. She isn’t sure who the father is, though there are a few candidates. She could handle the teasing, but she is more concerned of what her Uncle will think. She has been able to keep a lot of her activities a secret from him but if she were to be pregnant.. She doesn’t want to be thrown out the way her mother was.
